INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
300g Dark Semi-Sweet Chocolate
125g Butter (Unsalted is best)
4 Eggs (Separated)
2 Tablespoons of White Caster Sugar
Serves 4
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Chilling Time: 4 hours (or overnight)
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

@451231231 im a doctor, its only bad when you have high cholesterol which involves heart disease like coronary artery disease or certain liver diseases because cholesterol breaks down in the liver and protein too and eggs have plenty of cholesterol and protein. But you can certainly eat this wonderfull mousse, just eat a portion dont go too far.

@tahalz It could be the fridge is not cold enough, but I find that leaving them for at least 4 hours (or overnight if possible) is usually enough to make sure they firm up.
If in doubt, leave them in for longer. They will set, it just takes different times in different fridges

I made and it and it tasted delicious. The only problem is that it didn’t firm, the consistency was like nutella. Is my refrigerator’s temperature too low or didn’t I leave it in long enough (I left it in for 2 hours). Can you tell me what I could do for next time.
