What is the "Secret Formula" or the "Carnegie Formula" in every chapter of Think and Grow Rich?

Napoloen Hill alludes to a "secret formula" or the "Carnegie Formula" in every chapter of Think and Grow Rich. But he never verbosely describes what the formula is. What is it?
The secret on every page is "the spirit". What he is trying to convey is that our mind (spirit) is the cause of everything in our life. We choose our thoughts, good and bad, weather we realize it or not. Our subconscious mind records all our thoughts and programs us the way we act on a day to day basis. (Our thoughts determine our feelings, our feelings determine our actions, our actions determine our results.) The formula is cultivating the personality traits and mindsets of some of the most successful people he interviews. Hope this helps!

I have personally heard of someone being impacted by the book so much they read it over 200 times and understood it thoroughly. I have read it 3 times myself and agree with everything in the book, it really changed my perspective and I will continue to read it.

I do not write a bunch of remarks, however i did some searching and wound up here What is the “Secret Formula” or the “Carnegie Formula” in every chapter of Think and Grow Rich? | The Secret 4 Riches. And I do have some questions for you if you don’t mind. Is it simply me or does it look like some of the responses look as if they are written by brain dead folks?
And, if you are posting on other places, I’d like to keep up with everything new you have to post. Would you list of all of your public pages like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?
