Seriously is it becoming farcical or what ?
After all the events that have gone on over the past few months regarding F1 do you think its become a laughfable series?

You all know what things I’m refering to,I’m not going to mention them as I don’t want all those imature"your biased" replies,but do you think the phrase "silly season"is verging on the extreme.
Do you also think the rich people in F1 are getting richer by all this negative press regarding the sport i.e. Do you think Lewis under scrutiny during his safety car laps and the threat of points deduction (4 days later!!) will make big headlines and therefore increase TV viewers and then maybe Bernie,FIA and Co want more money next year.
I don’t pretend to know anything about the politics in F1 though I do think there’s too much of it.

Sorry I used the Lewis word, I’m not loyal to any one team or driver I’m just an F1 fan honestly!!!!!!

It has become a complete farce, I have just been watching BBC News 24 and the latest investigation against Lewis Hamilton is said to have been suggested by Bernie Eccleston purely to make sure that the championship cannot be won next week by Lewis Hamilton and has to go to the very last race of the season for extra interest and extra money. I have just viewed the footage on TV and NO WAY did Lewis Hamilton cause that accident. It was driver error.

With oil prices on the rise and no end in site and more and more oil fields drying up or not putting out as much oil as before it is easy to see that gas could soon be something available for only the very rich.if gas became so expensive in the near future that it became unaffordible would your family be able to make it ?what kind of changes would you have to make?Do you own land and would you and your husband know how to farm and hunt on it, what if you live in a city?How would this affect your children as far as school? What about babies would you know how to deal with no dispossible diapers or formula?would kind of changes would you have to make as far as electricity goes as this would surely become even more expensive as well, would you be willing to give up computer,internet,t.v.,video games?how would you travel horses or boats and do you think there would be enough horses for everyone if we suddenly couldn’t move our cars?Do you know how to preserve food or make clothes?
what about the enviroment how do you think this would effect it ?Do you
think in the end we would be better or worse off if this happened?

Well I don’t own any land, but we would have to do what we have to do. Don’t forget about bicycles, we"d def. ride them to work or school. Of course, people would most likely have to invest in buying a horses to use as transportation. Yet even w/ a horses
you’d have to shelter it, feed it and care for them. So that would come out your pocket as well. I could live w/out all the material things as long as I had the basics. Hey as long as I have a roof over my head for and food in my stomach I’m good. It would be a major adjustment for everyone. Give us a taste of how it was back when our technology we have today didn’t exist back then. Clothe diapers are a hassle, but they can be used. I need a whole lot of candles to replace the electricity.I can’t say I really know how to sew, but I sure as hell would try to do a better job at it. I would have to learn how to sew and preserve food better. If I couldn’t afford to send my children to school anymore then I would home school them. I may not like all the changes that would occur but if I wanted to survive then I do what must be done.

I’ve read over the years that approximately 96% of the money supply is in the form of mortgages, loans and interest which basically is all technically debt. So in other words, 96% of the money supply is in fact debt. Where as the other 4% of the money supply is in the form of paper money and coins. So my question is simply how is it mathematically possible for everyone to be debt free when the reality is there is not enough physical money to pay off all the digital debts? The world is pretty much doomed to be in debt until the end of time under this mathematical formula. In regard to this current world financial crisis some people will blame the housing market for this mess, others blame the derivatives market, others blame government spending and so on where I can keep going on for days about the many so called causes. In reality I personally feel that all of these are in fact just symptoms and results of the actual cause or larger picture which is simply the whole fiat monetary system which over time has morphed in a system of credit. It would not be befitting to put the words "money" and "credit" in the same package as they are two completely different things. We use to have "money" which was real. It was gold, it was silver, it was even copper but now our so called money is nothing more then a hollowed out shell or ghost of its former self. This "credit" we now use in today’s world is flawed in the fact that it is limitless and infinite and the amount knows no bounds as long as people are willing to keep on borrowing. This system is contributing to societies irresponsible and careless ways with their finances. What ever happened to saving money? We now just swipe our credit cards and worry about it later. The personal savings rate in the United States is now at its lowest point in history. To ask a sarcastic rhetorical question, could the credit system way of life be responsible? The credit based financial system in my opinion is one huge pyramid scheme or even a game of musical chairs. I don’t care whether we are talking about America’s credit system or even the one on the tiny pacific country of Fiji, either way the end result will be the same. Under this system the rich will keep getting richer and the poor will keep getting poorer. Until then one day the very bankers that were behind it will own every God damn thing on the face of the Earth including your soul which you used as collateral to pay for the big screen tv that you didn’t need in the first place.

I don’t think anyone is ever truly "debt-free". As long as you have an expense or a bill to pay, you’ll always have a debt.

I have spent months on various theories on capital growth, but none of them seem to be promising enough. That including, the CAPM formula, the Kelly formula, various ideas from the technical and fundamental analysis and so on…
All of them, to their best, promise a rate about 25% yearly and even if you are lucky. Of course, if you are rich banker and think of that rate calculated with compound interest – then cool. But since I am not a rich banker, I am looking for more promising and true ideas. What encourages me is the fact that clearly if one theory is too worthy – it simply won’t be shard publicly by its invetors. That said, I believe that perhaps there is some way(not necessarily a mathematical formula…) to generate high income which generates times and not % yearly.

The rest of the world doesn’t. They wont play world football where as almost every other country in the world does, They cant find a driver to drive in formula 1 racing, (The richest sport on earth) Even there hockey players have to wear so much padding that they can hardly move. There main game is to hit a ball with a stick, A game that is only played in junior schools in the rest of the world. Why don’t they mix? Why are they so far behind?
Basket ball is a game only played by girls in the rest of the world.

Well for one, your favorite sport is soccer, or football if you prefer. A bunch of pony tail laden pretty boys sashaying their way across a pitch only to go down in a heap when another player breathes on them wrong. But it’s apparently a beautiful game by you guys. Yeah, nothing better than a 0-0 game. So beautiful indeed.

Why not watch the 2006 World Cup match between the U.S. and Italy. At least the Italians put some muscle into it. Players were knocked out, blood was drawn, tempers flared, red cards were drawn on both sides, and in the end, the pansy country known as the U.S. minus a player, fought to a 1-1 draw against the eventual winner, Italy, playing your favorite sport. Do that over and over again, and you may have our respect. Until then, whenever you have a comment, just let it go.

We do have a National Rugby team, it’s just that they aren’t any good. But any broken bones we can cause on the field is a victory in our book. Formula 1? I thought we were talking about tough sports. Driving around in a car, be it Nascar, or Formula 1, is for losers. It’s so hard to press a freakin’ pedal and turn the wheel, driving around in a multi million dollar priced car. How glamorous. Guess the toughness of that sport comes in the money, according to you. I pulled this recipe off of the internet a long time ago. I hadn’t tried it because I shoved the print out in a drawer and forgot about it. I pulled it out of the drawer a month ago after I was in fact in need of formula at midnight after I discovered that the KMR can was empty! I wound up raising a kitten on this after I started her on this recipe because she refused to eat KMR or anything ELSE after giving her this supplement. I ran it by my own vet, and she approved. Of course, I would naturally assume that before you give it to any of your own, you would run it by your vet as well.
All of the ingredients should be available at your local food store. It’s great to have in a pinch. I just thought I’d pass it along for all of you out there active in rescue work so that you’ll have an alternative "just in case." I know from personal experience the frustration of having a screaming newborn kitten who’s starving, being caught off guard, and having no formula in the house to fill up that lil belly. When you get a chance, give it a try. It digests REALLY well and it has really good texture. You just spoon out a lil bit and pop it in the microwave for about 15 seconds and presto..dinner is served!

INGREDIENTS:
1 lg. can evaporated milk (not Milnot)
2 tbsp. plain yogurt (not diet)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise (real)
1 tbs. Karo Syrup (light)
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 egg yolk (beaten)
1 cup of liquid unflavored Pedialyte

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix milk, yogurt, mayonnaise and syrup together well.
Bring 1 cup water to boil and mix in Knox gelatin; set aside.
Mix egg yolk with small amount of milk mixture and beat well.
Add gelatin and water to milk mixture and beat well. Add in egg yolk mixture and beat well.
Pour into a freezer safe bowl or similar type of bowl with a cover and set in refrigerator.
We usually use Ice Cube Trays for our glop pudding. Pudding will last for two weeks covered in refrigerator.
Always warm pudding to room temperature (milk form) before feeding.
It is very rich in calcium, this pudding can be used as a supplement for kittens, sick cats and show cats to put on weight. Several Veterinarians have approved this recipe as being balanced and nutritious.

Thanks for the info. I have a kit in my truck complete with "kitty crack" (for fast response), carrier, blanket, leash and collar, dog food, BAND AIDS (for me), food bowl, feather toy on a stick (I have lured cats out of hiding with it), gallon of water, and gloves. I keep Pedialite and a can of KMR on hand at all times. You learn to be prepared.
